01 / The game
What is
Mafia?
At the start, the host announces the roles in play for that game, taking into account the number of players and their mix of experience. Each player receives a role, but no one else knows who has which role. A player’s role is revealed after they leave the game.
By day, players discuss what happened and try to identify the Mafia; players with active roles take action at night. The red side aims to eliminate all Mafia players; the Mafia aims to gain a majority at the table. A host explains the rules and leads the game.
No prior experience is needed.

Join an open club game or arrange a private game for your group.
Play at the club
Come alone or with friends and play with other guests. There are regular club games, small-group games of up to 15 players, and themed evenings with two tables and two hosts. The duration depends on the format.
